Efter OS i Rio har Isak \u00d6hrstr\u00f6m spenderat en vecka i hemmaklubben i Falun. N\u00e4r man fr\u00e5gar vilka l\u00e4rdomar han tar med sig fr\u00e5n OS svarar han: \u201ddet \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt att vinna och jag beh\u00f6ver gott om tid till f\u00f6rberedelser\u201d. Med sista svaret g\u00f6r han referens till de f\u00e5 passen han haft i forsarenan i Deodoro. Andra OS-paddlare hade spenderat m\u00e5naders tr\u00e4ning i forsen. N\u00e5got Isak har i planerna inf\u00f6r 2020 i Tokyo.<\/p>\n
