Den kan plastas in och vara bredvid ledaren i simhallen. F\u00f6r barn under 12 \u00e5r rekommenderas att inte ha kapell om de paddlar utan ledare i bass\u00e4ngen. Av erfarenhet har&nbsp;mindre barn sv\u00e5rt att i lugn och ro dra loss kapellet om de v\u00e4lter oplanerat. De kan l\u00e4tt f\u00e5 panik. Det beh\u00f6vs helt enkelt lite mognad och massor av&nbsp;roliga \u00f6vningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10-\u00e5ringarna Matti och Lennart \u00e4r nya i kanotsporten. De har f\u00f6rst \u00f6vat att v\u00e4lta i bass\u00e4ng utan kapell. D\u00e4refter \u00f6vat att v\u00e4lta med kapell, som de lossat under vattnet och sedan krupit ur kajaken. N\u00e4r barnen tryggt har klarat det, har de fortsatt tr\u00e4na med \u00f6vningarna man ser i filmen. Dessa \u00f6vningar har flera syften. I f\u00f6rsta hand \u00f6var barnen att rotera kajaken med h\u00f6ft och kn\u00e4. En viktig teknikdetalj \u00e4r att huvudet ska komma sist upp ur vattnet. Sedan \u00f6var de att stanna l\u00e4nge under vattnet och orientera sig. I filmen anv\u00e4nds cyklop som hj\u00e4lpmedel. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att barnen med tiden blir trygga att \u00f6va enbart med simglas\u00f6gon.
